Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
